James’s love of film and photography started when he moved to the Alps in the winter of 2007. “I bought a cheap video camera and skied with it in my pocket for the season”. Following a few years making films of his adventures in the mountains James decided to take things more seriously “I signed up for video production courses, documentary making and lighting workshops, this education boosted my skills and most importantly my self confidence that led to my first paid work”.
Since 2016 James has been making a living as a professional photographer specializing in travel, sports, property and events. Most recently he has turned his attention towards the professional market here in Geneva, using our studio to shoot his professional headshots and working with NGOs and charities supporting their humanitarian work. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with others, and also to see what I can learn from the creativity and talent that each of you has within you”
