This course is a great one day workshop for those who already have some knowledge of digital photography and want a full boost of overall improvement to their photography knowledge. During this course you will start by 4 hours of theory followed by 3 hours of practice.
We will explore more advanced camera functions, how to use natural light, reflectors and flash, elements of good composition and various creative techniques. Then we will have a three hours of full practice session with hands on exercises on what you have learned.
During the intermediate intensive course, you will learn:
- How to “crash” rules of composition
- How to choose the best mode for different scenarios.
- Exposure compensation.
- Getting into manual exposure.
- Long exposures in the city.
- Using flash like a pro.
- Creative use of flash with camera movements
- Indoor and low light shooting without flash.
- How to use exposure locks.
- How to get great “Bokeh”
- Cameras and lenses
Requirements:
- Your camera: DSLR or mirrorless or superzoom
- If you don’t have a camera, we offer free DSLR camera to use during the course (please tell us in advance after your registration).
